The flats in Offord St were completed 10 years ago. Then, we insulated the timber frame with Heraklith it was clad in cedar boards. The view of the flats is across the brown roof we created to add biodiversity. We recently talked to Ecological Building Systems at Ecobuild about using their new products for new insulated timber building projects we want to build that are airtight, well insulated and low energy buildings.
